I have been meditating almost daily since 1983 and have shared my practice with friends when asked. At the end of 2023, I joined a year-long course for meditation teachers - partly because we live in a world of certifications, but mostly because I was curious. It was far more intense than I expected, and the best part was gaining absolute clarity on my own approach.
Reading cards has been part of my life since childhood, though I only did it occasionally for friends. But recently, I asked myself: Why not offer this more widely? Discovering Lenormand cards gave me the final push to share my readings beyond my inner circle.
Clairvoyance is another gift I’ve worked with - primarily as a tool to help people find clarity and solutions in the present moment.
As I step into this new chapter of making my work available to more people, all my offerings will be on a donation basis until the end of May 2025.
Meditation is everywhere now - corporate mindfulness sessions, spiritual awakenings, personal healing journeys. But what is meditation really?
For me, meditation is about shifting awareness. It’s about experiencing awareness directly, and that always begins with grounding. The deeper you go, the higher you can fly.
One of the first practices I learned in the ashram was Antar Mouna - Inner Silence. It became my foundation because of its protective nature. It trains your attention, strengthens your focus, teaches you to let go, and brings you back to presence - again and again. In a world growing noisier by the day, this kind of stillness is invaluable.
Can you truly listen? To yourself? To another person without just waiting for your turn to speak? Can you sit in silence and hear what arises?
I also love exploring awareness through the senses - entering different portals of perception and discovering what it means for awareness to become aware of itself. When awareness is experienced as Love, it can shift your entire experience of life.
My practice includes breath and chakra meditations, mantra, and more. Together, we can find an approach that resonates with you.
My journey with cards began with meeting my spiritual father, a gypsy seer. I still remember the day he stopped me on the street, gave me a bouquet of lilacs, and told me I was his daughter. I was 23. The scent of those lilacs stays with me to this day.
Years later, a woman asked me to pull tarot cards for her. She had applied for her dream job as editor-in-chief of a major newspaper. I told her she would get the job – but warned her not to become too much of a queen, forgetting to listen to her team. She paid me far more than I had asked. “I want it to be true, and I want to remember,” she said.
I use a variety of decks, but lately, I’ve been drawn to Lenormand. Unlike tarot, these cards tell a story directly - clear, grounded, and to the point. And when needed, we can clarify with oracle or tarot cards.
How it works:
Send me your questions via Messenger or WhatsApp. I can respond in writing, or we can meet on Zoom for a live reading.
I will be back in Denmark in June 2025.
I know how to listen. And sometimes, I even manage to be wise.
My grandmother was a force of nature. In my childhood, she was simply a witch. Today, she’d be called a clairvoyant and a healer - gifted, but complicated. She spoke with spirits, moved objects without touching them, and could bless or curse with equal power. She was both light and shadow.
For years, I resisted my own gifts. When I was 17, I became painfully open - like a radio receiving every station at once. I couldn’t step onto a crowded bus without knowing everyone’s stories. It was too much. I prayed to be able to close the channel, and in time, I learned to open and close it at will.
We all have intuition, but sometimes we’re too close to a situation to see clearly. That’s where I come in. As I see it, clairvoyance is not about fixed predictions – it’s about possibilities. If you change, your path changes.
One of my teachers, Maya Fridan, once told me I would become a wise old woman people come to for counsel. I hope she was right. ;-)
I was born in Tallinn, Estonia, and studied cinematography at VGIK in Moscow. By the time I graduated, I had been labeled ideologically misaligned. In 1983, I was granted asylum in Sweden.
Doors closed in the film industry, and I found myself at a crossroads. I chose a different path - one that led me to live in an ashram for two years, immersing myself in yoga and meditation. That foundation shaped the rest of my life.
I later earned my academic degree in Scandinavian languages and literature at Århus University, diving deep into modern literary criticism. But my path remained spiritual, leading me to study Reiki, Qigong, clairvoyance, and meditation with incredible teachers worldwide.
